Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our integrated clinical team onsite at LTC facilities in Missouri. You will provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Psychologist license required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.
• Comfortable navigating long-term care environments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological evaluations, mental status exams, and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to older adults and those with chronic conditions.
• Lead family/caregiver sessions and group therapies as needed.
• Collaborate daily with nursing, social work, physicians, and rehab teams.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
