Executive Mental Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide on-site psychology services in skilled nursing facilities. You will join a multidisciplinary team and work with geriatric and medically complex residents to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology required.
• Licensed in California.
• Medicare-eligible (credentialing/paneling assistance provided).
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and flexibility in clinical delivery.
• Comfort with complexity and ambiguity; autonomous yet supported.
• Desire to work independently without isolation within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide geriatric/medically complex psychological services.
• Manage an active caseload with clinical and administrative support.
• Collaborate with facility staff including psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, nursing, and leadership.
• Document services in line with medical necessity and Medicare standards.
