Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology and California license.
• Medicare credentialing and paneling assistance.
• Experience with geriatric and skilled nursing populations preferred.
• Strong evidence-based practice and clinical flexibility.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide psychology services to geriatric, disabled, and medically complex populations.
• Manage an active caseload with support from clinical manager and administrative team.
• Collaborate closely with facility staff, offering consultation and in-services.
• Complete documentation aligned with Medicare standards.
• Provide care by meeting residents where they reside, in SNFs.
