Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health seeks a Licensed Psychologist to join our integrated clinical team in long-term care facilities. You will provide therapy, assessments, and care planning, with a focus on geriatric and medically complex residents. Expect Monday–Friday scheduling, strong administrative support, and autonomy in a collaborative environment.

You’ll work with diverse care teams, deliver evidence-based care, and maintain comprehensive records in line with CMS, HIPAA, and APA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with current credentials.
• Ability to work onsite in long-term care facilities.
• Strong documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual therapy and family/caregiver support.
• Lead group therapy and behavioral management interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical records.
• Collaborate with nursing, social work, physicians, and rehab teams.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with regulations.
