Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our integrated clinical team onsite at one or more long-term care facilities in the Denver area. You will provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support to older adults and those with chronic conditions.

You will work with nursing, social work, and medical teams, maintain timely documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology required or equivalent.
• Current licensure as a psychologist in the state of practice.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for older adults with complex medical/cognitive needs.
• Facilitate family therapy and caregiver support sessions.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical records.
