Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join an integrated clinical team onsite within local long-term care facilities. The role offers Monday–Friday scheduling, clinical autonomy, and robust administrative support to deliver therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Psychologist License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Comfortable navigating LTC environments.
• Commitment to timely documentation and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for older adults with complex needs.
• Facilitate family therapy and caregiver support sessions.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Provide behavioral management interventions to support residents and staff.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage caseload with professional autonomy and ethical standards.
