Job summary

Baptist Health in Prattville, Alabama, is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join the Employee Health team. The LPN provides direct, goal-directed patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, following the Nursing Care Plan and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required, BLS required.
• LPN program completion or nursing degree.

• Administer medications per care plan and policy.
• Report patient symptoms and changes to the RN.
