Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in the United States seeks a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities.

You will conduct routine rounds, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well‑being, ensuring continuity of care and optimized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills and compassionate communication.
• Strong collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Conduct routine patient rounding and ongoing management of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
• Work with facility partners to ensure continuity of care and optimized treatment plans.
