Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of patient care tasks and coordinate with health care teams to ensure timely delivery of care.
• Organize patient care assignments and maintain patient safety during daily rounds.
• Document care provided in patient records and ensure proper labeling of specimens.
• Ask patients about pain and report to RN/LPN as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas and equipment.
• Prepare rooms for patient admissions and ensure bed alarms are activated during rounds.
