Job summary

mascmedical is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a 100% outpatient geriatrics-focused role in Alabama. Work Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends or hospital rounds, and deliver value-based care to an established geriatric panel.

We offer competitive base salary plus a production-based bonus, sign-on and relocation assistance, fully funded malpractice insurance, CME allowance and licensing renewal support, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active AL medical license and DEA registration.
• Minimum 3 years outpatient primary care experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a geriatric-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for a geriatric outpatient panel.
• Deliver preventive care and wellness visits.
• Develop individualized care plans for seniors.
• Collaborate with NPs, care coordinators, and staff.
• Document encounters in the EHR and monitor outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention.
