Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Outpatient Primary Care.
• Strong clinical judgment with a focus on preventive and longitudinal care.
• Commitment to a team-based, patient-first care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation and treatment.
• Deliver preventive care and health screenings with early intervention focus.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for geriatric population.
