• MD/DO graduate expected.

• Fellowship in Geriatrics is welcome but not required.
• Active, non-probationary state medical license is required.
• Candidate should be collaborative and capable of leading care teams with a patient-centric approach.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality primary care and addressing both medical and social needs.
