Qualifications

• Geriatrics fellowship welcome, but not required.
• Strong collaboration and leadership of care teams.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only.
• Full malpractice coverage with tail.
• Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics).
