ArchWell Health is hiring physicians to provide outpatient primary care for seniors in our Florida clinics. We offer an employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and a quality-based bonus, with full malpractice tail coverage and generous benefits.

Ideal candidates are MDs/DOs board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with geriatrics fellowship welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary medical license in Florida
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Fellowship in Geriatrics welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients
• Lead and collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality care
• Address patients' medical and social needs with a patient-centric approach
• Manage small patient panels to ensure continuity and relationships
