Job summary

American Academy of Family Physicians is seeking a physician for an outpatient-only role focused on preventative primary care for senior patients (65+). The position offers a strong work-life balance, a dedicated care team, and access to modern cloud-based EMR technology within state-of-the-art facilities.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, are Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and have a WI medical license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• MD/DO graduate required.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Experience in Managed Care/Medicare Advantage is a plus.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics welcome but not required.
• Active WI medical license or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative primary care for senior patients (65+) in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a full support care team to spend meaningful time with each patient.
• Utilize cloud-based EMR and advanced technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Build long-term relationships with patients within the community.

• Compensation model includes guaranteed annual base salary, annual bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume), and signing bonus

• Regular PTO plus 10 holiday PTO per year

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
