Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions in Boise, Idaho is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-C) to work directly in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Qualifications

• 1 year of Geri Psych Experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply medical decision-making skills for mental health issues.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.

Skills

Basic computer knowledge

Experience with EMR/EHR Systems

Excellent written communication

Attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills

Fluency in Spanish

Education

Licensed in Idaho by the Board of Nursing
