Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking an Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner (PMHNP, PA-C) to join our SNF Psychiatry team in Montana. The role focuses on geriatric behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities.

The compensation includes base salary plus incentives with total earnings potential of $185,000+ annually. Benefits include PTO, CEU allowances, and AI note-taking tools to streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply medical decision-making for mental health issues including pharmacology and non-pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
