Licensure in AZ and prescribing authority are required. This full-time, W2 position offers a compensation package with base salary plus incentives, totaling $195,000+ annually.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Arizona by the Board of Nursing with a psychiatry focus.
• Licensed by the Arizona Board of Pharmacy to prescribe controlled substances (DEA).
• 1 year of geriatric psychiatry experience.
• 1 year of treatment in SNFs and/or acute rehab hospitals.

Aufgaben

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess patient mental status based on symptoms.
• Diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological treatments as appropriate.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
