This full-time, W2 role offers base salary plus incentive opportunities, generous PTO, CEU allowances, and cutting-edge AI note-taking tools to streamline documentation, with total earnings potential of $185,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Montana by the Board of Nursing with psychiatry focus.
• Licensed by the Montana Board of Pharmacy to prescribe controlled substances (DEA).
• 1 year of geriatric psychiatry experience.
• 1 year of treatment in Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess mental status based on symptoms and diagnose DSM-V disorders.
• Develop treatment plans and apply psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
