Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a PRN role within a skilled nursing facility. The PTA assists the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote resident wellness for our geriatric population.

License must be held in Tennessee; independence in evaluation and treatment is required. SNF experience is preferred but not mandatory, with a competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee PTA license.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Passion for geriatric population and resident wellness.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and relieve pain in residents of a skilled nursing facility.
• Participate in designing and implementing functional activities to improve daily living for geriatric residents.
• Support overall fitness and wellness goals for residents in the facility.
