• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under the plan established by the Physical Therapist for geriatric participants.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, prosthetic devices, and education to restore mobility and reduce pain.
• Coordinate home care as needed and ensure effective communication with the care team.
