Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Therapy team. You will evaluate residents, develop therapy plans, and provide hands-on services to restore mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapy services that help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Partner with residents and families by providing education, encouragement, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following professional, clinical, and regulatory standards.
