• Master’s degree preferred for PT licensure
• Experience in geriatric physical therapy preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsabilidades

• Completes a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and plan of care.
• Develops a comprehensive treatment plan with goals aligned to identified impairments.
• Begins discharge planning on evaluation with patient/family involvement.
• Reviews patient status regularly and adjusts treatment as needed.
• Participates in in-service education for staff and community.
• Attends departmental and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Supervises and trains support personnel.
• Documents per best practice standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identifies and communicates potential problems to supervisor.
• Performs non-clinical duties to maintain department operations.
