Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the patient to determine rehab potential, identifies needs, and sets an individualized plan of care.
• Sets initial short- and long-term goals.
• Operates and maintains therapy equipment and logs; ensures safety and cleaning of equipment.
