Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living, located on the Greenspring campus in Virginia, seeks a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team and deliver evaluations and tailored treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment for residents.
• Provide 1:1 direct patient care with minimal travel.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
