Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team. You’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a continuum of care on our single on-site campus, from inpatient to outpatient and home health.

Formación

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to document services accurately and on time
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide evaluations and personalized treatment across inpatient to home health settings on the Greenspring Village campus
• Caseload focused on 1:1 direct patient care
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians and rehab colleagues to maintain mobility and independence for residents
• No outside travel; residents live on campus with a predictable weekday schedule
• Support quality care and ongoing professional growth within a national senior living organization
