Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site team. You will deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings on our 60-acre campus, with a dedicated onboarding and strong documentation support.

New grads are encouraged to apply. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time PTs and a competitive compensation range based on experience, with both FT and PRN shifts available.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Therapeutic experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations and provide personalized treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings on a single campus.
• Deliver 1:1 direct patient care with a focus on mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to optimize resident care.

Connaissances
