Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a patient-centered Physical Therapist to deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care on our on-site campus in Virginia. You will provide care spanning inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, building lasting relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
• Focus on 1:1 direct patient care with residents on a 60-acre on-site campus.
• Support mobility, independence, and quality of life for residents.
