Job summary

Majestic Care seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Southport SNF team. You will evaluate residents, plan and implement individualized therapies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to improve mobility and functional independence in an aging population.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy with valid state licensure.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you practice.
• Experience in SNF or geriatric rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and plan individualized PT treatments.
• Implement PT interventions to improve mobility and balance.
• Collaborate with nursing, OT, and speech therapists.
• Document progress and adjust plans per regulatory guidelines.
• Educate residents and families on home exercises.
• Supervise PTAs per state practice acts.
