Qualifications

• Must hold a current physical therapy license in Kentucky.
• Experience with elderly populations is preferred but not essential.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Establish individualized care plans and treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and document progress accurately.
• Deliver therapy in various settings and maintain professional relationships.

Education
