Job summary

Rivetus Rehabilitation in Ann Arbor seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver services to geriatric post-acute patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of plans in skilled nursing facilities.

You will supervise PTAs and aides, document care, participate in patient care conferences, and engage in CQI activities and continuing education to maintain high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and implementation.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as assigned.
• Complete documentation and adhere to policies and standards of clinical practice.
• Participate in patient care conferences and CQI activities.
