Rivetus Rehab seeks a Physical Therapist for a PRN contingent role in Kingsford, MI. You will provide therapy services to geriatric post-acute patients, assess and plan treatments, supervise aides, and document care in accordance with clinical standards.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan

Responsabilidades

• Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations to determine patient physical status.
• Provide physical therapy treatment in line with APTA standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Provide direct patient care according to productivity standards.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as assigned.
• Document to ensure quality medical records and reimbursement.
• Participate in patient care conferences and CQI activities.
• Promote current clinical practice standards through continuing education.
• Coordinate in-service programs for internal/external groups.
• Support new program development and departmental operations.
