Job summary

TheraDynamics in New Rochelle, NY seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat geriatric patients in a skilled nursing setting. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients regain independence with evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in PT from an accredited program.
• New York State PT license, active or eligible.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, or general deconditioning events.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
• Support patients in returning to their highest level of independence.
