Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join its geriatric SNF team in New York. You will evaluate patients post-surgery or neurological events and create individualized plans to restore independence.

The role offers a supportive interdisciplinary team and autonomy in evidence-based care. We provide competitive pay based on experience, 5 weeks PTO, insurance, a 401(k) match, and access to CEUs through Medbridge.

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NY PT license or eligibility to obtain license.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, and cardiac conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the care team.
• Assist patients to regain independence and optimize functional outcomes.
