Qualifikationen

Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

Provide holistic Physical Therapy to residents within the continuing care campus.
Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical well-being on-site.
