Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team on an award-winning campus. You will implement residents’ care plans, supporting physical, emotional, and clinical needs within a holistic approach, and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered physical therapy to support holistic care.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths and routines.
