Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist to support residents within our continuing care community in Overland Kansas. You will implement personalized care plans focusing on residents' strengths and preferences while promoting comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities include therapeutic interventions for older adults across diagnostic groups, accurate documentation for reimbursement, and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Provide holistic physical therapy for residents across multiple diagnostic groups within the community.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout their care.
• Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
