Symbria's Rehab Team at Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to improve outcomes for older adults. You will establish goals, implement treatment plans, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as part of an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining documentation and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Experience in acute/long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.

• As a Full Time Physical Therapist, establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of PTAs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the community you serve while achieving patient outcomes.
