Job summary

Pine Crest Health & Memory Care in Merrill, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program. The role supports rehabilitation under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, applying evidence-based interventions and providing patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and device use under PT supervision.
• Collaborate with supervising PT to assess and adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
