Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, implement geriatric treatment plans.
• Assist with exercises, activities, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive geriatric care.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Pursue ongoing education to stay current with geriatric physical therapy techniques.
