Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and balance.

• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in care.
