Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering goal-directed activities to improve function.
• Coordinate programs to restore patients to maximum functioning.
• Document progress and communicate with care team to ensure smooth discharge.
• Supervise aides and contribute to staff orientation when needed.
