Tender Touch Rehab Services in South Carolina seeks a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.

This on-site role focuses on implementing PT treatment plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.You will perform therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, and EMR documentation, while educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Valid CPTA license in South Carolina or eligible.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities
