Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site position, you will support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care with individualized therapy to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

You will implement PT treatment plans through therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities, while documenting progress in EMR and educating patients

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (CPTA) credential.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings desired.
• Ability to perform therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training.

Responsabilités

• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient education for patients and caregivers.
