Job summary

Valley Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician for the Compass Clinic in South King County, WA. This full-time role emphasizes value-based, patient-centered care with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-touch care to enrolled patients.

You will lead preventive, chronic, and acute care management, leverage data analytics to close care gaps, and participate in MSSP and quality reporting programs while mentoring the care team and

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in WA.
• Experience in value-based care and population health is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for a patient panel.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize population health tools to close care gaps and reduce hospitalizations.
• Lead case conferences, team huddles, and quality initiatives.
• Minimize unnecessary utilization through cost-conscious decisions.
• Leverage EHRs, telehealth, and remote monitoring to extend care.
• Participate in quality reporting and value-based performance measures.
• Mentor and lead the care team.
