Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join a value-based primary care clinic in downtown Seattle, WA, caring for geriatric patients. The role combines well visits with acute care, supporting a collaborative team and strong work-life balance.

The position features a typical 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday schedule with outpatient emphasis and opportunities for telehealth and in-person care. Compensation reflects a base salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• NCCPA certification is required.
• Minimum outpatient primary care experience: 2 years in last 5 years, or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage own geriatric patient panel with acute, chronic and preventive care.
• Treat patients in the office, testing centers, and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate daily with in-office teammates during huddles and coordinated care discussions.
• Perform in-office procedures as training allows.
