Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in Virginia required.
• Experience in SNF/geriatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
