Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team serving primarily seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized, outcome-focused plans of care, and help patients maximize safety, independence, and quality of life.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT license.
• Experience caring for seniors in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and patient education.
