Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team serving primarily seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized, outcome-focused plans of care, and help patients maximize safety, independence, and quality of life.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapist in Michigan.
• Experience evaluating and treating residents in skilled nursing or post-acute settings.
• Ability to develop individualized, outcome-focused plans of care.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and family education.
