Job summary

Renewal Rehab is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. This onsite role involves evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

You will document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT license in good standing to practice in the United States.
• Ability to work with elderly residents in skilled nursing/post-acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
